IN EXECUTIVE COACHING, as in all other coaching
interventions, the aim is not to cure, correct or criticize, but to
strengthen, focus and enhance.

The question arises:  Who is an Executive?
LEADERSHIP
This leads us automatically to the theme of ‘leadership’.

In the 1980’s we were saying that no one really knows what a
manager does, in actual terms, but today we do know what
leadership looks like and what misrepresentation of leadership
may result in.  Leadership is only one of the attributes that
managers and executives need, to even begin to maintain their
position or be competitive.  Knowledge is power.   For the
Executive, the question then is: Knowledge about what?  Apart
from ever-changing,  technical and professional expertise and
other skills, there are a myriad of other underutilized,
unrecognized and downright downplayed factors which need to
be addressed for anyone in a leadership role.

Executive Coaching promotes  understanding and motivation
and leads to the acquisition and development of
multiple levels
and types of intelligences.
 Executive Coaching provides the
support both for learning and for putting new learning into
practice.  Acquiring this new knowledge, sharing these new
competencies and exhibiting a new level of self-awareness are
some of the key advantages of Executive Coaching.
ROI
To what end, you ask?  Three main outcomes come to mind:

1.        Practical returns on investment for the company or organization in the short-
and the long-term, diverting derailment of staff who have been recruited and trained
over a long period of time;
2.        Development and maintenance of the potential of staff who might otherwise
burnout or dropout;
3.        The greater likelihood of building cohesive, productive and reliable teams under
enlightened leadership.

DEVELOPMENT
For each type of coaching a number of key developmental areas and
issues play a vital role and those which we identify for our clients,
individually or as a group, will be handled by offering e-Courses ( 60
minutes.), or THROUGH TELE-SEMINARS. NEW! new!  NEW!

Testimonial
“Hyacinth has taken me from having little motivation to achieve anything over
the last 7 years, to making such bold plans and following through in this last
four months,  that sometimes I cannot believe that it took just someone as
focused and supportive about my personal fulfillment to get me there.
Coaching is worth the investment I have made and will continue to make to
get this powerful input on a regular basis.”  Carole W.

*******12 Dynamic Self-Coaching Tips for Vibrant Living….contd. from Page 1

Pausing before crossing the street, can save your life. Pausing before
spending on something you do not need, could save you money and keep
you out of debt. Pause should include walking away, from whatever you are
not so sure about.  Pause however should not be used to vacillate about what
is actually good for you.  Don’t pause before running the opposite direction
from what is hurting or diminishing you. Make pause a powerful tool in
determining your life directions.

“Be like the bird that, pausing in her flight awhile on boughs too slight, feels
them give way beneath her, and yet sings, knowing that she hath wings.”
(Victor Hugo).

TIP NO. 2: DREAM

Look for finds right around you, turn left, turn right, look up, look down, look
around. Sometimes we are so busy peeking over the fence and peering down
the lane, we overlook cues, opportunities, even waving signals as to what is
best, what is available and what we are actually looking for.  Don’t feel badly.
We might be misjudging our situation or seeing the opposite of our dream,
when it is actually the dream situation, presenting the stepping stones for our
future.

The end of wisdom is to dream high enough to lose the dream in the seeking
of it.
(William Faulkner)
